How quickly do you respond?
On working days we answer within a few hours, usually the same day. Messages that arrive in the evening or over the weekend are handled the next working morning.
In which languages can I write to you?
Czech, Slovak and English at the Czech office. For the Hungarian market our partner Rukon Kft. provides support in Hungarian.
Do I have to buy the software to ask a question?
No. Questions about tachograph obligations, the 2026 rules for vans or the choice of edition are answered whether or not you are a customer. The 30-day trial also needs no credit card.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We train transport operators in working with the software and enforcement authorities in the use of TAGRA Control. Training is tailored to the size and needs of the organisation.
Can you evaluate our tachograph data for us?
Yes — that service exists for operators who would rather not do the evaluation themselves. Write to us with the number of vehicles and we will describe how it works.
