This website, tagra.app, is operated by the data controller and developer of the TAGRA tachograph software:

2. Scope

This notice covers personal data we process through the tagra.app website: the free-trial enquiry form, optional analytics, and the technical operation of the site. It does not cover third-party websites we link to (for example tdt.cz, EUR-Lex or social platforms), which have their own privacy notices.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The site sets no analytics cookies until you give consent via our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps analytics storage denied by default. Only strictly necessary technologies (and your saved cookie choice) are used without consent.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who act on our instructions:

• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4 (website analytics), only with your consent.
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — Microsoft Clarity (session insights), only with your consent.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the trial e-mail you request.
• Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (server/security logs).
• Webglobe, s.r.o. — hosting of our sales@tagra.app mailbox for correspondence.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA). Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep your data

• Trial enquiries — (name, e-mail, correspondence): up to 24 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Analytics — retained according to Google and Microsoft settings (Google Analytics up to 14 months).
• Your cookie choice — stored on your device until you clear it or change it.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to its processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (use the button in section 4 to reopen the cookie banner). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. The current version always lives at this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
